Once the architect and designer are on board, we meet again to discuss every aspect of the project. We want you to have a clear understanding of how your home will take shape. This new team—you, the architect, the designer, and the project manager—now work together to begin making your dream home real. We walk the property together and get a clear vision of your investment.
THREE: Finalizing the Plan
Once you approve the design details, we take that information and finalize the costs of the project. A big part of this stage involves optimizing resources so you get the most value from the project and maximize your investment. Our expertise with resources and materials will help you choose the right finishing touches for your dream home.
FOUR: Building the Plan
Watch your dream become a reality. We’ll keep you involved at every step of the process as the plan takes shape. Our team will meet with you regularly and introduce you to new team members along the way, including, for example, interior designers and landscape architects. This is where our partnership with you pays off and your investment is secured.
FIVE: Your New Home
In this final stage, we’ll take you through your new home to ensure that everything is perfect. Once it is perfect, we’ll give you the keys to your new home and provide exactly what you need for future reference. But the partnership doesn’t stop there.
